Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions to Ticker Memo (the "Service"), operated by Excitek LLC ("we," "us," or "the Operator"). It supplements our Terms of Service.


1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

2. Refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If you believe you were charged in error, or you are unhappy with the Service, contact us within fourteen (14) days of the charge. We will review your request in good faith and, where appropriate, issue a refund at our discretion.

3. Auto-renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. See the "Subscriptions, billing, and auto-renewal" section of our Terms of Service for details.
